How is the binder delivered?+
As an instant PDF download through our Gumroad storefront. You receive the file immediately after checkout and can re-download it from your Gumroad library at any time.
Do I need special paper or a specific printer?+
No. Every page prints cleanly in black and white on standard US Letter or A4 paper, from a home printer or a copy shop. A three-ring binder and dividers are all you need to assemble it.
Can I print the pages more than once?+
Yes. Personal purchases include unlimited reprinting for one household or one person's care. If you want to reproduce the templates for clients or patients, you need a practice licence.
Which binder should I start with?+
Start with the diagnosis. Stroke and general disability recovery, including post-stroke hemiparesis, is covered by the Stroke & Disability binder. Traumatic injury, craniotomy recovery and seizure risk are covered by the TBI binder. If communication is the central difficulty, add the Aphasia planner — it is designed to sit inside either binder.
Is this medical advice?+
No. These are organisational and documentation tools. They do not diagnose, treat or replace guidance from your physician, therapist or care team — they help you record and carry that guidance accurately.
What does a practice licence actually cover?+
Perpetual, non-transferable reproduction rights for one practice: unlimited printing and distribution to your own clients, your practice details on the page footers, and free access to future revisions. Licences run $149–$179 CAD depending on how many libraries you include. Resale or redistribution of the source files is not permitted.
Do you offer refunds?+
If a binder is not the right fit, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund it. Tell us what was missing — that feedback shapes the next revision.
